Welcome to Urban Lab.Eco, where comfort meets fashion with a purpose. My name is Ana Pedro Lopes, and I am the founder and sole creator behind this brand. As a 47-year-old single mother of two, I understand the importance of clothing that feels good, moves effortlessly, and reflects a sense of style without compromising on sustainability.
Urban Lab.Eco was born from my love for lounge and activewear—pieces that offer ease, versatility, and a touch of everyday luxury. I believe that comfortable clothing doesn’t have to mean sacrificing style, and fashion can be both chic and eco-conscious. That’s why I have carefully selected partners who share my values of sustainability, ethical production, and high-quality craftsmanship.
Sustainability & Ethical Practices
I deeply care about the environment and the working conditions in the fashion industry. That’s why I chose to collaborate with Contrado, Art of Where, Nova Tomato, TPOP, and Teemill, companies that are dedicated to responsible production.
Contrado specializes in premium custom products with a focus on sustainability. They use water-based inks, waste-reduction practices, and print on demand to minimize overproduction, ensuring that all products are eco-friendly and beautifully crafted.
Art of Where merges art and fashion through sustainable production processes. They collaborate with artists to create unique designs using organic and recycled fabrics. They also employ eco-friendly printing techniques, reducing water and energy usage.
Nova Tomato delivers innovative, eco-friendly fashion solutions. They use recycled and organic materials, reduce their carbon footprint with energy-efficient processes, and implement zero-waste manufacturing techniques.
TPOP is a print-on-demand company that uses organic and recycled fabrics, plastic-free packaging, and eco-friendly inks and dyes. Their sustainable practices focus on reducing waste and overproduction, ensuring high-quality products and minimal environmental impact.
Teemill is a leader in sustainable fashion, focusing on creating high-quality garments from organic cotton. Their closed-loop system ensures that each product can be fully recycled, and they are committed to reducing their carbon footprint through energy-efficient processes and responsible production.
